Combining vitamin D3, mushrooms, and oregano oil can be an effective way to boost your immune system. Here’s how each of these contributes to immune health:

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 plays a crucial role in modulating the immune system, enhancing pathogen-fighting effects, and decreasing inflammation.  In addition, low levels of vitamin D3 have been associated with increased susceptibility to infections, including respiratory infections.

Oregano Oil
